Meet Ashlyn

I help thoughtful businesses find clarity as they grow.

I’m a former marketing executive with over 15 years of experience building marketing foundations for technology companies and mission-driven businesses.

My background spans sustainable supply chain technology, retail, and health tech, as well as research and advisory services for B2B and B2C products through my work with Forrester Research and SiriusDecisions. I’ve led brand positioning, messaging, launches, and long-term growth initiatives across complex environments.

Alongside this work, I’ve supported spiritual educators and creative-led businesses in an advisory capacity. I’m an American living in Stockholm, with experience working across markets and supporting new market entry and expansion.

I hold a BA in Philosophy with a minor in Business Ethics from Miami University, alongside a focus in fine arts, particularly oil painting. These foundations shape how I work with language, structure, ethics, and meaning in business.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: sustainable growth comes from clarity, focus, and decisions that hold over time.

Personal Practice

Alongside my professional work, I maintain a personal practice that includes meditation and ongoing study in areas such as astrology, energy awareness, and alternative approaches to wellbeing.

I use these practices for reflection, timing, and clarity in my own work - not as something clients are expected to adopt or engage with.

What this brings into my consulting is steadiness, discernment, and respect for the human and energetic dimensions of building a business.

I bridge two worlds:

  • The rigor of modern marketing strategy

  • The understanding that a business is a living practice, not just a revenue engine

Who I Work With

I work with people and organizations doing meaningful work serving both other businesses and the public, across small founder-led teams and larger organizations.

My clients span B2B and B2C, early-stage and established businesses, and digital, service-based, or event-led models. What they share is a commitment to integrity, depth, and a more sustainable way to grow.
